Our manufacturing capabilities encompass complete in-house production: from forged blank development through precision CNC machining, heat treatment, shot peening, magnetic particle inspection, and advanced surface coating.

🔩 Forging & Materials
Hot forging of 2618/4032 aluminum alloys and 4340/300M/Titanium steels. Full material traceability with mill certificates.
⚙ Precision Machining
High-accuracy CNC machining with tolerances down to ±0.003mm. CBN cam grinding, multi-axis milling, and automated inspection.
🔥 Heat Treatment
T6 solution and aging for aluminum. Carburizing, nitriding, and through-hardening for steel components. In-house process control.
🔍 Quality Control
100% dimensional inspection, MPI crack detection, hardness testing, and metallurgical analysis. Every batch documented.
🎨 Surface Coatings
Phosphate, molybdenum skirt, ceramic thermal barrier, DLC, and anodizing. Applied in-house for consistent quality.
